Born in Canada, Janie moved to the UK in early years, where she developed her artistic skills in many disciplines including pottery. Upon returning to Canada, Janie devoted her full efforts to refining her artistic skills.

Her work has been sold to international collectors and is on display in many homes.

Using the intricate technique of incising, and multi glazing of both porcelain and stoneware clays, Janie creates one of a kind sculptures and simply elegant pottery that is much sought after by the discerning collector.
