Linda France-Bulger was born in Toronto.  She took art courses at the Ontario College of Art, art appreciation at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and various workshops since then with well-known artists. Acrylic and watercolour are Bulger's media.

Linda is greatly influenced by her love of nature and the Georgian Bay area, which is why her permanent residence is now in Parry Sound. She devotes her time to collage, loosely rendered landscapes and unique and original clothing designs.
